This is done by going to the Tools menu and clicking on the Commands tab in the Customize section. In the Categories section, select All Commands.
In the Commands phase, there are a series of commands. Select Tools Calculate and drag and drop them into the Tools menu in the menu bar above the Speech option or paste anywhere in the menu.
Label this section as Calculate. It is visible in gray color unlike other commands. This is because if there is any text in the document, it will look like other commands.
Other accounts have to use their respective symbols (- / * /).
For example, type "Rajaji 123, Dindigul 236, Madras 424, Madurai 326" and select the line with the words and comma and then click on the command.
What's special about this is that you can give the numbers + sign and the space sign.
For example, if you type 220 + 419 982, the space between 419 and 982 will be taken as the parallelogram and all three numbers are added up and get 1621.
