* There are plenty of car companies in the world. But many of them are not yet in electric car production. The main reason for this is the price of the battery and the pricing of the car.

* Tesla electric batteries are the most popular human. They are capable of traveling up to 3-5 lakh miles. "We need to build a battery that can travel up to a million miles. * Normally an electric car can travel a distance of 70 km once fully charged. This is only 100km on some cars. So, charging is the main obstacle for electric cars to reach large numbers of people. So charging stations have to be set up within a certain kilo meter. Thus the Central Government has taken the following decisions.
* Permission to set up 2636 service stations in 62 cities.
* Placing an electric charging station is not easy. It will cost at least 25 lakhs rupees. Of these, 500 are owned by Tata Power and ONGC. The company will set up and operate 1000 stations.
* The central government plans to increase the number of these charging stations to 14,000 in the future.
* Overseas electric car prices have just begun to slide. Meanwhile, Tesla introduces the Model 3 electric car. It costs $ 38,900. That is about 29 lakh rupees.
